“We have had a marvellous time in your house. You have been terribly clever to find it: it is the ideal French country house: solid, airy and full of character – we loved the doors, shutters and fireplaces, not least the great stone sink in the bedroom.
The top floor is beautiful too; you have done a wonderful job in mixing new and old – the bricks, beams and flooring look superb, as does the workmanship.
The house and garden are a joy – peace, character, spacious and superbly kitted out (our best ever). All beds comfortable.”
